IT Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Manage and maintain IT assets, including computers, printers, and other equipment.
- Perform proactive and on-demand health checks of IT systems.
- Train end-users on how to operate office automation equipment.
- Perform secure password management and support access to corporate network and applications.
- Coordinate execution of tasks with guidance from Service Desk representatives or other IT support groups.
- Manage IT inventory and identify, gain approval, and enter projects into project tracker.
- Assist with regional projects and act as local support for designated service locations.
- Support local user groups and share and monitor ticket queues.
- Serve as backup support for colleagues when they are away from the office.
- Manage IT assets and support IT assets in assigned locations.
- Share equal ADM permission to support users and facilitate needs from infrastructure and operational teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all support-related matters.
