About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Client Executive - Insurance Specialist. As a key member of our risk advisory team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing expert advice on insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • Insurance Solutions
    • Provide expert advice on insurance products and services to clients.
    • Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the insurance market.
  • Project Management
    • Manage complex projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in commercial or construction insurance.
    • Proven track record of success in client relationship management and business development.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education
    • RIBO license or equivalent.
    • Relevant degree in a related field.
