Client Delivery Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Delivery Associate to join our team at BMO. As a Client Delivery Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service and Support: Provide daily operational service support to grow the Bank's market share and maximize profitability of client relationships.
- Problem Resolution: Ensure client problem resolution is prompt and effective, and that enhancement opportunities are identified and closed or referred during client service interactions.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of product and service, by providing needed information or directing clients to the appropriate source.
- Implementation and Coordination: Coordinate and execute specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Enhancement and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Explore and identify enhancements and cross-sell opportunities and bringing these opportunities to the appropriate line of business contact.
- Client Communication: Actively listen to clients' concerns and diagnoses clients' service needs.
- Problem Resolution and Escalation: Facilitate timely client problem-resolution, engages cross-functional representatives or groups as appropriate.
- Documentation and Tracking: Accurately document client requests using the group's tracking systems.
- Client Satisfaction and Feedback: Facilitate action to close gaps between client expectations and client experiences in the performance of the Bank and its products.
- Follow-up and Communication: Applies consistent and timely follow ups to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and high standards of responsiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives.
- Task Execution and Analysis: Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
- Complex Task Management: Completes complex & diverse tasks within given rules/limits and may include handling escalations from other employees.
- Issue Analysis and Resolution: Analyzes issues and determines next steps.
- Experience and Education: Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Credit Qualifications: If a Credit Qualifiable job, Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the established qualification standards.
- Specialized Knowledge: Specialized knowledge.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Verbal & written communication skills - Good. Organization skills - Good. Collaboration & team skills - Good. Analytical and problem solving skills - Good.
The salary for this role is $69,500.00 per year. BMO offers a comprehensive compensation package, including performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards. We also offer health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
