**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Board Screening Officer to join our team at Paladin Airport Security Services. As a key member of our airport security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their belongings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Screen passengers and their baggage through airport security checkpoints using X-ray machines, metal detectors, and other technology
* Provide information and assistance to passengers in a professional and courteous manner
* Confirm valid boarding passes and scan baggage for prohibited items
* Protect restricted areas and manage conflict situations
* Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and passengers
* Uphold all regulations and guidelines related to airport security

**Requirements:**

* Excellent customer service skills, preferably in a high-volume environment
* Open availability to work any shift, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; fluency in French is an asset
* Ability to comply with CATSA medical requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
