Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Board Screening Officer to join our team. As a key member of our airport security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of passengers and airport facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen passengers and baggage through airport security checkpoints using X-ray machines, metal detectors, and other technology
  • Provide professional and courteous service to passengers, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Verify valid boarding passes and ensure compliance with airport regulations
  • Conduct physical searches of baggage and passengers as required
  • Protect restricted areas and maintain a high level of situational awareness
  • Manage conflicts and communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues
  • Uphold all regulations and procedures with vigilance and integrity
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Open availability to work any shift, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; fluency in French is an asset
  • Ability to comply with CATSA medical requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
