About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at The Universal Radio Network Inc. as our Vice-President of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed to support business objectives.
