Position Overview

The Universal Radio Network Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives and strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping the workforce and culture of our organization.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute resources—material, personnel, and financial—to execute organizational policies and programs effectively.
  • Authorize and oversee the formation of key departments and the appointment of senior staff members.
  • Set strategic objectives for the organization and either develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Choose middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative oversight; design and approve marketing initiatives; and endorse comprehensive human resources strategies.
