About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Kansha Mod. Inc. as a Strategic HR Leader. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on organizational development and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and optimal return on investment.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Event Management: Manage events, conferences, and meetings that promote organizational growth, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for development and improvement.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to ensure effective resource allocation and optimal business outcomes.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Security and Safety
  • Comply with organizational policies and procedures related to security and safety, including background checks and other requirements.
Transportation and Travel
  • Use own vehicle for business purposes, ensuring safe and efficient travel.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic and ever-changing context.
