About the Role

ZYDDER TECHNO SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role or equivalent experience.
Work Environment
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
