About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at Alpha Stone (1998) Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the organization, aligning with our overall business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and infrastructure, to support the implementation of organizational policies and programs.
  • Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Co-ordination and Collaboration: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Policy Development: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
  • Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating the necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
