About the Role

Job Summary

The Government of Canada - Western is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage senior staff, including directors and middle managers.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
