About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team at Juniper Health. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs
    • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address clients' mental health concerns
  • Therapeutic Services
    • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
    • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve mental health goals
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
    • Experience working in a mental health setting is an asset
  • Certifications and Licensure
    • Membership in a provincial or territorial psychological association
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
