Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning
You will conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique challenges.
Therapy ServicesYou will provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and groups, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other approaches as needed.
Collaboration with Other ProfessionalsYou will work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
Record Keeping and DocumentationYou will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Professional DevelopmentYou will stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements- Education
A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field is required.
ExperienceExperience working with diverse populations and presenting issues is an asset.
Certifications and LicensureMembership in a provincial or territorial psychological association is required.
LanguageFluency in English or French is required.
