About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Juniper Health. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning

You will conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, develop and implement effective treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy services to support clients' recovery and well-being.

Therapy Services

You will provide individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches to support clients' mental health needs. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other approaches as needed.

Collaboration and Consultation

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. You will also provide consultation and education to other staff members on mental health topics.

Record Keeping and Reporting

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress. You will also provide regular reports to clients and their families on treatment progress and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Education and Training

You must have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field, and be registered with the relevant professional association.

Experience and Skills

You must have significant experience working with clients with mental health needs, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications and Licenses

You must hold a valid certification in a relevant area of psychology, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or psychodynamic therapy.
