About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Fine Dining Server to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using your knowledge of our menu to make recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
  • Manage tables effectively, ensuring timely service and minimizing wait times.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of serving experience in a similar environment.
  • Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
