We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Fine Dining Server to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Exude professional grace and warmth at every opportunity, welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Offer a helping hand to guests, adapting to their unique needs and preferences.
- Share your knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Utilize seat-specific ordering to ensure efficient food delivery and minimize waste.
- Enter information accurately into the POS system, ensuring clear communication with the BOH team.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns.
- Monitor the cleanliness of your section and take pride in your work space.
- Follow all food safety standards and systems.
- Go above and beyond for special requests and celebrations, taking food preferences and guest allergies seriously.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of serving experience in a similar environment.
- Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
- High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Organizational skills, sales ability, and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent, professional communication skills and high level of product knowledge.
- Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum.
