Job Summary

LTM COURRIER INC is seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure that our team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports to help us make informed decisions.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our team members follow health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Dispatch and Monitoring: Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure that our services are running on schedule.
  • Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that our operations are running smoothly.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend measures to improve work methods and increase productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
