This position is pivotal in the Operations Control Center, ensuring optimal shipping processes and seamless operations for both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing order management and prioritizing processing tasks
  • Allocating orders to carriers based on specific criteria
  • Designing delivery routes for Private Fleet logistics
  • Engaging with various stakeholders
  • Modifying routes and addressing transportation inquiries
  • Monitoring shipping progress and providing customer service support
  • Guiding the OCC team in their responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation and logistics
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • Understanding of law 430 pertaining to heavy vehicles
  • Willingness to embrace challenges and pursue continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with JDE, AIMS, and Tecsys is advantageous
  • Competence in Office 365 and Omni-tracs
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Adaptable to varying work schedules
