Job Summary

LTM COURRIER INC is seeking a skilled Transportation Terminal Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation terminal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of terminal staff.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit production and other reports to management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure efficient transportation of goods and passengers.
  • Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet operational deadlines.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend measures to improve work methods and processes, enhancing overall terminal efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
