Key Responsibilities
  • Train or arrange for training for employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure efficient transportation services.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Recommend measures to improve work methods and increase productivity.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in French.
  • 40 hours per week.
