Position Overview

The role of a Road Transport Terminal Attendant at LTM COURRIER INC involves overseeing the daily operations of the transport terminal, ensuring efficiency and safety in all activities.

Educational Requirements
  • No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training programs for staff and ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Oversee and manage teams and various projects within the terminal.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges, providing expert advice to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Compile and present production reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Uphold health and safety standards throughout the terminal operations.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of drivers and monitor their routes for efficiency.
  • Organize and schedule terminal activities to optimize workflow.
  • Propose improvements to existing work methods to enhance overall performance.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.

Security and Safety Protocols

All candidates must undergo a criminal record check.

Transportation Requirements
  • Possession of a personal vehicle is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
Work Environment

The position requires the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
