Job Title: Shipping Coordinator with CSR Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator with CSR Support to join our team at Imperial Manufacturing Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt and shipment of goods, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the receipt and shipment of goods, including arranging and scheduling incoming truck loads and communicating with vendors on delivery dates and missing or damaged products.
  • Manage all back orders for the branch, run daily reports from Stonefield, and explore ways to decrease what is on the back-order report.
  • Provide and maintain excellent customer service, including communicating with internal customers and setting appropriate expectations on delivery dates.
  • Work closely with the CSR's, Sales, and shipping teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Lift Truck operations and/or having Lift Truck training would be an asset.
  • Knowledge or work experience with HVAC / Filtration or other industrial industries.
  • Intermediate computer skills required (Excel / Outlook).
  • Attention to details, proactive, self-motivated, energetic, customer focused, and results driven.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to function in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to follow safe work practices.
