Job Title: Bilingual Associate Learning

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a commercial learning partner to establish and maintain valuable partnerships
  • Utilize effective relationships with key commercial partners from Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs teams to identify gaps and establish desired learning outcomes, to offer tailored training resources to the sales team
  • Ensure initial and ongoing training of the sales team to transmit basic skills and knowledge
  • Conduct on-site visits with the sales team to provide coaching and evaluate training needs
Solutions Learning:
  • Use adult learning principles, hybrid training, and modern learning principles to:
  • Evaluate needs and gaps and formulate recommendations to offer appropriate learning interventions
  • Design, develop, and implement sales training to reinforce clinical confidence and product knowledge
  • Evaluate and regularly update programs and training content
  • Simplify training programs for the sales team
  • Develop sales training materials to improve clinical confidence and product knowledge
Maintain a current knowledge of the local sales environment, market trends, and business objectives:
  • Establish and ensure consistent use of processes and tools to manage projects
  • Develop content for launch preparation, in accordance with local indications and business needs
Requirements:
  • Excellent animation and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential
  • Ability to establish relationships with a wide range of audiences and ability to exploit virtual learning platforms
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills to help guide strategic and tactical planning
