We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the Receivables and Collections Management functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of billing and collections across various entities within our organization. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective management of receivables and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Directing the billing, receivables, and collections operations across the organization.
  2. Implementing and maintaining robust controls to ensure streamlined and effective operational processes.
  3. Building and managing relationships with essential internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Preparing financial analyses and specialized reports for senior leadership as required.
  5. Leading initiatives for process improvements and advocating for ongoing automation within the department.
Qualifications:

  1. Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Professional designation in accounting or finance is considered an asset.
  3. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Billing, Receivables Management, and Collections.
  4. Proven leadership experience in an operational environment.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
  7. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
