About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual Patient Reimbursement Specialist. This role is responsible for managing patient reimbursement cases and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless reimbursement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage patient reimbursement cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agencies to obtain reimbursement for patients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clinics and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing reimbursement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and optimal reimbursement outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the dispensing pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement processing.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a reimbursement or customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
