At CA09 Labatt Brewing Company Limited, we're looking for a highly skilled and multilingual customer service professional to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our consumers, suppliers, retailers, and employees, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of customer service, including inbound phone, email, online chat, and outbound follow-up services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients, resolving or forwarding requests in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform a variety of moderately complex administrative tasks, including registering contact details into ticketing applications.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to work with websites, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
