Position Overview:

The Territory Business Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth within a designated territory, specifically focusing on the Gastroenterology therapeutic area. This position requires building strong relationships with Healthcare Practitioners to effectively promote assigned products, gather market insights, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory account strategy.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain consistent communication and engagement with assigned healthcare providers.
  • Design and implement effective territory Continuing Medical Education (CME) and On-Line Activities (OLA) plans.
  • Manage and monitor expenses in alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Provide regular updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and adverse event reports.
  • Foster and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals in the territory.
  • Work closely with marketing, medical, and business intelligence departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or business.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in the Gastroenterology field is advantageous.
  • Proven sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High ethical standards and a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
