Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming client inquiries with professionalism and warmth, actively addressing their concerns.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role.

- Exhibit a friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to engage with clients effectively over the phone while ensuring accurate data entry.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
