Position Overview

As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce of our organization. Your expertise will be essential in managing various HR functions to ensure a productive and harmonious workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Needs Assessment: Analyze and identify current and future staffing requirements to meet organizational goals.
  • Job Advertising: Create and disseminate job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Applicant Screening: Collect and evaluate applications to shortlist suitable candidates for interviews.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Participate in selection processes, including conducting interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit.
  • Graduate Recruitment: Engage with educational institutions to recruit recent graduates and emerging talent.
  • Selection Coordination: Organize and facilitate selection boards to assess candidates effectively.
  • Offer Management: Communicate selection outcomes to candidates and prepare formal job offers.
  • Training and Development: Assess eligibility for training programs and coordinate staff development initiatives.
  • Supervision: Oversee administrative staff responsible for record-keeping and clerical duties.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
