Job Description: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our reach into new markets and industries within a defined territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers who can benefit from our supply chain solutions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to exceed volume and revenue targets.
  • Create compelling strategies to position pooling as the preferred solution in emerging markets.
  • Build new customer partnerships and engage with C-Suite executives to secure high-level buy-in.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to Retailers and Manufacturers, addressing their unique challenges and fostering trust in our solutions.
  • Offer value-added service solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Support Commercial Teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Expand our brand presence by networking in non-traditional spaces and building strategic alliances.
  • Promote the sustainability values embedded in our solutions, aligning with ESG principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven success in sales and business development within the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and sustainability best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
