About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Brambles. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our sustainable supply chain solutions into new markets and industries within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and expand our client base with new customers and markets.
  • Drive volume growth by identifying, targeting, and applying our value proposition to solve stakeholder pain points.
  • Execute the sales plan within the defined territory to meet and exceed organizational volume and revenue objectives.
  • Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to create new and meaningful partnerships and develop report amongst C-Suite executives.
  • Use customer information to enhance and generate new solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work with Product and Market Development, NA Marketing and Commercial teams to partner on new business value opportunities.
  • Support Commercial Teams as a subject matter expert in opportunity development and closure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree minimum.
  • 3-5 years of sales and business development experience.
  • Essential qualifications include strong business acumen, expert knowledge of supply chain and sustainability fundamentals, and proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Desirable qualifications include bilingualism (French) and experience in complex selling to FMCG and retail industries.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development in the FMCG and retail industries.
  • Proven record of selling in highly complex strategic environments.
  • Extended experience in cross-functional matrix-oriented internal structures.
  • Experience with ESG, sustainability, and SCOPE 3 in Canada.
  • Experience in supply chain and operations.
