Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and coach staff performance to meet high standards.
- Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for food and other essential supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
