Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular evaluations of the restaurant's daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and monitor the performance of restaurant staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that they are meeting the high standards of the restaurant.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled and motivated staff who are committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to assess their performance and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Negotiate with Suppliers: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with a stable and secure future.
- English Language: English is the primary language spoken in the restaurant, and proficiency in English is required.
- Hours of Work: The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime.
