Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular assessments of our restaurant's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and coach our staff to ensure they are meeting our expectations, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective plans to manage our restaurant's daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Source and hire talented individuals to join our team, providing comprehensive training and development programs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate the performance of our staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help them improve.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that our restaurant is compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations, implementing measures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Negotiate with Suppliers: Develop and maintain relationships with our suppliers, negotiating the best possible deals for our restaurant.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent role, offering stability and security for the right candidate.
- English Language: English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and we are looking for someone who is fluent in English.
- Hours of Work: The successful candidate will work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
