We are currently seeking a Vice President of Commercial Sales to bolster our expanding Commercial Banking Client Coverage team.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in generating revenue from both existing clients and new markets within the Treasury Management and Commercial Banking sectors. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to utilize our data, software, and advisory services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Solutions Sales team to support Senior Client Managers throughout the business development lifecycle, including pipeline management and sales material development.
  • Provide expertise on commercial solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and manage client relationships and sales processes directly.
  • Develop strong, enduring relationships with senior executives in the industry.
  • Gather and document competitive intelligence, offering insights to product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Assist Client Managers and Product Owners in strategizing and architecting solutions for senior-level prospects and existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Approximately 10+ years of experience in commercial banking sales performance or related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in retail banking analytic solutions.
  • Outstanding project management capabilities, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely research findings.
  • Proven experience with commercial banking solutions, products, and pricing structures.
  • Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a hands-on approach to data analysis.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Compensation:

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive base salary of $150,000 annually, complemented by a lucrative commission structure designed to reward exceptional performance.
