**About the Role**
Informa Connect Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Sales Leader to join our growing Commercial Banking Client Coverage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the commercial banking market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from existing clients and new markets in the Treasury Management and Commercial Banking space.
- Identify and pursue incremental opportunities to leverage our data, software, and advisory solutions.
- Collaborate with Senior Client Managers to develop sales materials, provide subject matter expertise on commercial solutions, and execute demos.
- Manage client relationships and sales processes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial banking sales performance, and/or with experience at distribution solutions or advisory firms.
- Proven ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data, including advanced Excel skills.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with retail banking analytic solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and creativity skills.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to turn around time-sensitive research findings with a high degree of accuracy and insight.
- Hands-on experience with commercial banking solutions, products, and pricing structures.
- Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills.
- Track record of successfully managing and delivering on multiple projects at a time, being hands-on with data, distilling key actionable insights, managing client relationships, meeting sales goals, and working collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer
A competitive base salary of $150,000 annually paired with a lucrative commission structure designed to reward exceptional performance.
