Key Responsibilities- Identify and leverage opportunities to drive sales growth through data, software, and advisory solutions.
- Support Senior Client Managers in all phases of the business development process, including pipeline management, sales materials development, and subject matter expertise.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate top market prospects and existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial banking sales performance or with experience at distribution solutions or advisory firms.
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and creativity skills.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to turn around time-sensitive research findings.
- Hands-on experience with commercial banking solutions, products, and pricing structures.
- Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills.
- Track record of successfully managing multiple projects, distilling key insights from data, managing client relationships, and meeting sales goals.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel.
A competitive base salary of $150,000 annually, paired with a lucrative commission structure designed to reward exceptional performance. The expected total compensation range is $200,000 – $250,000.
