Job Summary

Aerosports Trampoline Park is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software, and network applications.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new software applications and systems.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
  • Provide technical support for business systems, network, and Internet applications.
  • Install and configure computer equipment, software, and network systems.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations for web servers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to users.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Linux, JavaOS, networking software, and data analysis software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Work Environment

Aerosports Trampoline Park is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in an office setting and be able to sit for extended periods of time.
