Job SummaryThe Vice President of Marketing will oversee the strategic marketing initiatives for our organization, focusing on the health, education, social services, and community engagement sectors. This role is crucial in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and marketing programs.
- Coordination: Lead and coordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Set objectives for the marketing department and develop or approve relevant policies and programs.
- Representation: Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
- Financial Oversight: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
Manage a team of more than 20 individuals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing role is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant technology.
This position requires on-site work at our facility, with no remote work options available.
CompensationThe salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
