Position Overview

The Vice-President of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the sales and advertising divisions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute resources effectively, including material, personnel, and finances, to execute company policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the creation of key departments and appoint senior management roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Set strategic objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring they have the authority and resources needed to succeed.
  • Establish financial and administrative oversight; design and approve marketing campaigns; and oversee comprehensive human resources strategies.
Qualifications

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant field

Work Environment
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
