Vice President of Marketing

OverviewThe Vice President of Marketing will play a pivotal role in steering the marketing initiatives of our organization, focusing on health care, education, and community services. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in managing diverse teams and resources.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Efficiently distribute material, human, and financial resources to align with organizational policies and objectives.
- Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and approve policies and programs that drive the organization towards its goals.
- Representation: Act as the face of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
- Financial Oversight: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, including the formulation and approval of promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
Manage a team of more than 20 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a relevant field is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant technologies.
This position is based on-site at our health care institution, with a commitment to travel as needed.
CompensationThe salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, subject to negotiation, with full-time permanent employment status.
