Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and oversee the creation of significant departments and senior management roles.
  • Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and initiatives.
  • Act as the organization's representative or appoint delegates for negotiations and official engagements.
  • Select middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative oversight; design and approve marketing strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Qualifications

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 3 to 5 years
