Position Overview: Vice President of Marketing

Job Summary

The Vice President of Marketing will oversee the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives within the health care and social assistance sectors. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in managing diverse teams and substantial budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Manage material, human, and financial resources to effectively implement organizational strategies.
  • Team Coordination: Direct the operations of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Set clear objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs that drive success.
  • Representation: Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate this responsibility as needed.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, oversee promotional campaigns, and guide human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Lead a team of more than 20 professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing role, preferably within the health care sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant technology.
Work Environment

This position requires on-site presence at the company's facilities, with a willingness to travel as necessary.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
