We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize team performance
- Prepare and submit reports to management on team performance and productivity
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure hands-on experience
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Fluency in English
