Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Planta Greenhouses. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer service standards are maintained.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications.
