Job Summary

M.A.Y. Cosmetics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient sales processes.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Accurate, client-focused, and efficient in all aspects of sales and customer service.
