About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at 0990135 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train office staff, including delegating tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the office and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
