About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Team Management: Delegate work to office support staff and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of key developments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
