About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join myGwork, a leading platform for the LGBTQ+ business community, as a Senior People Culture Functional Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering an optimized digital experience for our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with P&C Centers of Excellence, P&C Product Managers, Technology teams, and P&C Digital Enabling Talent and Learning peers to deliver recurring program work, projects, system/process enhancements, data quality, and reporting through our HRIS (Workday Talent Management) and Learning (Docebo LMS) systems and supporting technology solutions.
  • Act as a technical P&C expert for both new and reoccurring initiatives to ensure seamless and on-time delivery, including intake, analysis, prioritizing, deployment planning, testing, test management, tracking, progress reporting, and implementation.
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements and field requests and gather requirements from cross-functional partners for new or changed functionality pertaining to people processes that live in our digital solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide solution recommendations to P&C Product Managers & IT People Systems team to mitigate data quality issues through regular audits and testing initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working in HR Ops as a HR Analyst (or similar)
  • Deep subject matter expertise of HRIS (Workday Talent and Performance Management, and/or Docebo LMS preferred) with strong working knowledge of business processes supported within these technology-based solutions.
  • Strong requirements management skills, including elicitation, scoping, prioritizing, risks/issues management.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent streams of work with a drive to get things done within tight deadlines.
