About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Methodology Specialist to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our Department of Professional Practice, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our audit methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the DPP Audit & Assurance group with methodology matters, including:
  • Developing, enhancing, and maintaining Canadian content related to the application of the methodology.
  • Developing, updating, and delivering training sessions related to the application of the methodology, as necessary.
  • Support the DPP Audit & Assurance group with Customization and Translation (C&T) matters, including:
  • Our standardization initiative.
  • Other C&T related projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the audit practice.
  • CPA Designation or equivalent education.
  • Dedication and strong work effort.
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities.
  • Drive to achieve high standards of service and professionalism in the performance of duties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excels at delivering presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in groups.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Must display good judgment.
  • Proficiency in English at a business level is required.
